What is a Webinar?
 
A webinar is an event held on the internet which is attended exclusively by an online audience. Webinar is an excellent platform for learning and development.
 
Our trainings are conducted using Webinars enabling you to listen in to industry experts from your remote locations.
 
How long is a Webinar?
 
Webinars are on an average an hour long, some might extend to ninety minutes.

When will I receive my program materials and dial-in information?
 
Two days prior to the audio conference, registered participants will receive an e-mail with detailed instructions to access the program, including the phone number to call on the day of the audio conference. Also, you’ll receive a web address where you can download the conference material.

It is advised that you visit the Webinar session 10 minutes in advance.

I can't make the event at the scheduled time. Can I transfer my event to a colleague or view the event at a later time?
 
If for any reason you are unable to attend the session at the scheduled time, you can transfer your event by sending an email to support@edukaters.com. Remember to provide the participant’s name and contact details, so we can get in touch with them. All our events are recorded and made available online. If you’d like to view the missed event, call us at 1-518-300-3613, and we will make the necessary arrangements.
 
How do I ask a question to the presenter?
 
During the live Webinar, the program moderator will provide instructions on how you can ask questions via your telephone. Usually last 10-15 minutes of the Webinar is kept for question answer session.


What if the time and the date of conference don’t suit me?
 
You can opt for DVD recordings of these conferences or purchase the conference transcripts (PDF format). You can also request for a replay of the audio conference on any date convenient to you- All you need to do is contact our customer care.
 
How long will it take to receive my Webinar products?
 
Transcripts are delivered via email within 1 week after the live program takes place. DVDs take 10 days to be delivered once the live program takes place.
 
How do I register for a Webinar?
 
Once you have selected the event, there are three ways to register for the event

What type of equipment do I need?
 
All you need is a regular telephone—with speakerphone if you have a group listening. And a good internet connection.
 
Can more than one person listen to the Webinar?
 
Your registration entitles one person to listen from one phone line. If you have more than one employee listening, you can call customer service for multiple attendee bundle at a discounted price. Similarly, if you have employees attending from multiple locations using multiple phone lines, please order for additional registrations.
 
What are the modes of payment?

We accept all major credit cards and payment systems like PayPal, American Express, Visa, MasterCard, etc.

How do I download the presentation materials and associated exhibits?
 
The material is usually uploaded on the website 24 hours prior to the conference time. You’ll receive instruction with password for that as soon as material is available for download.
 
Can I ask questions after the conference is over?
 
No, but our internal team can answer your additional question for a charge of $20 per question.
 
What happens if I have technical problems during the call?
 
In case of any technical problem you can call our customer support and ask for assistance. In case any technical problem occurs from our end, we will reschedule the conference to some other date and time and you will be informed.
 
In case I am not able to attend a live event, then what?
 
We will replay the audio conference for you on date and time convenient to you. All you need to do is – contact our customer support.
 
Can I get a customized audio conference for my organization?
 
Yes, you can contact our customer support and explain your requirements to them.
 
After that, cancellations are subject to the entire Webinar fee, which you may also apply toward a future Webinar. Please note that if you don’t cancel and don’t attend, you are still responsible for payment. Substitutions may be made at any time.
 
Is the registration valid for 1 person only?
 
Yes, but you can also register multiple attendees for an audio session. For a discounted price for multiple attendees from one location/office, please contact support@edukaters.com or call 1-518-300-3613.
